Cancellation Policy

We at Responsive Root Technologies believes in helping all customers as far as possible and has consequently prepared a thoughtful refund and cancellation policy. There may be some cases of customer dissatisfaction due to many reasons. Through the following emails, you can submit your cancellation request on both the email address accounts@responsiveroot.com & info@responsiveroot.com. Make it a point that we are not going to consider your cancellation requests or consider them as valid unless we receive the cancellation request on both the mentioned emails. Then our finance and management team will analyze the issues deeply and advise you related to further process. Advance notice of about 30 days is required for notifying any cancellation.

Refund Policy

Payments are non-refundable at any circumstances because the Designer, Developer, and Project Manager will be allocated on the day when we get the financial confirmation. And there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. The refund is only possible if in cases where the project has not been started. The full refund policy will initiate after receive the upfront payment date and will take 180 days to refund the amount.

If the client pay extra amount by mistake, 100% of the Extra money will be refunded. We will Refund 100% payment after deducting the payment gateway charges.

If the required information for the successful completion of the project is not given to us at the proper time. If there is a delay or failure in the completion of the project due to improper communication from the client, it cannot be attributed to Responsive Root Technologies.

For every project, we will give our best to understand the concept before starting the project work. Also, we will allow multiple iterations of the design until the client gets satisfied. In case the client won’t like the designs then we will sit with the client and make the corrections accordingly.

If the information provided by the client is incomplete and/or complete information regarding the project is not provided at the initiation of the project, Responsive Root Technologies is not liable to follow it’s delivery or refund commitments.

For the time that the services have already been provided. If the client is not satisfied with any level of work, he must immediately bring it to the notice of our project manager so that the amount will be calculated by Responsive Root Technologies taking into account the proportion of the project completed and the proportion yet to be completed as per the pre-defined scope of the project and provide you additional service as a work loss/compensation. Any negotiations at a later date will not be entertained.

If there is a problem with the hosting and domain issues from third party vendors then we are not responsible for the losses.

If there is a problem with the SEO issues from third party vendors then we are not responsible for the losses.

Changes

Responsive Root Technologies may at any time, without prior notice under its sole discretion, amend this policy from time to time. You are therefore requested to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of the Responsive Root Technologies website after any such amendments automatically implies your acceptance of the same thereof.
